What is happening:

• Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you fast access to both our Support portal and the ReportsNow Academy (RNA) using one password.
• Your Support portal login is being replaced by SSO, so you must re-register (but you only need to do it once).
  Note: If you are already a member of RNA, your existing login there will serve as your SSO, so no re-registration is needed.

What to do:

• Sign in using one of the options above (Office 365 or local account).
• Follow the prompts to re-register.
• Once you are re-registered, your new login and password can be used across both our RNA and Support platforms!
